At Chynaza, we value customer satisfaction and strive to make the return process easy and stress-free whenever necessary.  

Eligibility for Returns  

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, all items must be in their original packaging and the same condition as when received.  

Restocking Fee  

We do not charge restocking fees for returns.  

Return Reasons and Fees  

– No Fee (Remorse): Changed your mind? Return it without any extra fees.  

– No Fee (Defective): Got a defective or damaged item? Return it at no extra cost.  

Non-returnable Items  

Certain items, like perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), sale or clearance items, and personal care goods (beauty products), can’t be returned. Feel free to reach out with any specific questions.  

How to Start a Return  

To start a return, please email us at info@chynaza.com. If approved, you will get a return label and instructions on where and when to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund  

Once we inspect your return, we’ll inform you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company needs time to process the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
