Thank you for shopping with Chynaza! We’re committed to delivering your products efficiently and transparently. As we utilize fulfillment centers in both China and the United States, our shipping times and methods may vary depending on the product and your location.

1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after placement.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Locations:

  • We ship internationally!
    • Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
  • Our products are fulfilled and shipped from two primary locations:
    • China Fulfillment Centers: For a wide range of our products.
    • United States Fulfillment Centers: For select products, offering faster shipping to US customers.

3. Estimated Shipping Times:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, peak seasons, public holidays, weather conditions).

  • For orders shipped from our US Fulfillment Centers (primarily for US customers):
    • United States: 3-7 business days
    • International: 7-20 business days
  • For orders shipped from our China Fulfillment Centers (for all international customers, including the US):
    • United States: 8-15 business days
    • International: 8-20 business days

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • Orders under $50: $7 shipping fee (standard shipping)
    • Orders over $50: Free Shipping (standard shipping)
  • International Shipping (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom):
    • Flat rate fee on all orders: $14.85 shipping fee (standard shipping)

5. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
  • You can also track your order directly on our website at chynaza.com/track-your-order.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders from China):

  • For international orders shipped from our China fulfillment centers, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

7. Multiple Shipments:

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. This is done to ensure the fastest possible delivery of each item.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

8. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if a package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
  • We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, unforeseen circumstances can occur.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@chynaza.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will then initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately and contact us at info@chynaza.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly (e.g., replacement or refund).
